  • Transportation Bounce Test System

KRD51 series - CME Technology Co. Ltd.

Bounce testing simulates the constant loose cargo state during truck transport. Often times, containers carrying military and civilian hardware (such as: medical supplies, electronics, weaponry, communication devices) travel for extended periods of time and must be transported off-road. All of these items must maintain functionality upon arrival at their destinations.

  • Predictive Vibration Monitor Solutions

    VMU - Astronics Corporation

Vibration Monitor Units (VMUs) from Astronics employ proven vibration analysis to predict the failure of fans and other rotating equipment on passenger and cargo aircraft. Accurate prediction allows maintenance to intervene before a failure can occur, eliminating the resulting smoke or smoke smell event that can result in costly flight delays, diversions, emergency landings, or cancellations.

  • Dynamics Testing

    Keystone Compliance

Keystone Compliance is a drop test lab capable of testing products to the drop testing requirements of various test standards including the random drop test in MIL-STD 202. Our drop test machine is capable of precise drops from different heights at different angles and onto different surfaces. Our three shakers can simulate loose cargo test conditions that might be experienced as a product is in transit.

  • AID Box Camera

    TrafiBot HD - Teledyne FLIR

FLIR TrafiBot HD combines field-proven video detection algorithms with advanced camera optics and powerful processing technology in a single box camera. TrafiBot HD (with 1920 × 1080 resolution) provides superior image quality, embedded AID analytics, as well as multi-stream encoding. TrafiBot HD’s advanced processing unit generates traffic data and incident detection information and thus supports traffic operators with alerts on stopped vehicles, wrong-way drivers, pedestrians, lost cargo, smoke, and traffic flow data.

  • Thyratrons and Accessories

    Teledyne e2v

Cargo scanning is a broad term which encompasses intelligent logistics, sniffer dogs and X-ray inspection. X-ray inspection systems offer rapid, non-invasive checking of manifests, detection of contraband, and when combined with other techniques, can be used to identify the presence of nuclear material. X-ray energies up to 10 MeV are required to penetrate fully loaded shipping containers and vehicles. These X-rays are generated through the acceleration of electrons along a linear accelerator into a target using megawatt energy microwave pulses produced by the RF sub-system.The skills for the design, manufacture and integration of specialised components for low-cost systems reside mainly in commercial companies. There is an emerging trend for linac system companies to demand higher performance from their integrated RF sub-systems.Currently, we intend not only to drive the innovation and development in this area, but also to offer integrated RF sub-systems to meet new requirements such as, portability, material discrimination and higher throughput.

  • Transportation Simulation

    National Technical Systems

Transportation simulation testing involves the application or simulation of environments found in the transport of goods and equipment. These environments may include vibration, drop or shock, temperature, loose cargo or bounce, as well as other dynamic or climatic environments. Products and equipment are usually tested in the “shipping” configuration which means they would be packed in the default shipping container or transit case during the test. However, some items may also be tested in an unpacked state if there is an expectation that they might frequently be transported in that manner. Tests are performed not only to test the effects of transport on the product itself, but also to test the adequacy of shipping container design and the interaction between product and container during shipping. There are a number of possible modes of transport for any given item subject to shipping.

  • IR Portable Gas Detector

Shipsurveyor - Teledyne Gas & Flame Detection

The Shipsurveyor was designed after extensive consultation with shipowners, ship managers and shipping personnel. The result is a range of 8 instruments dedicated to the marine market. The Shipsurveyor is versatile yet simple to use. The feature-rich range of instruments are suitable for all marine applications including confined space monitoring, cargo monitoring and inerting.Up to 5 gases can be simultaneously measured and displayed. The hydrocarbon range, which utilises the latest infrared technology, can be calibrated with Butane, Propane or Methane, depending on application. The Shipsurveyor also comes complete with an impressive and practical suite of application software. Our bespoke software not only allows simple on-board calibration but crucially provides the ability to print calibration certificates. In addition, complete datalogging software comes as standard allowing logged gas readings, with vessel locations, to be uploaded to a PC.With ATEX and MED approval, the Shipsurveyor is the complete shipping solution.

  • Humidity and Temperature Datalogger - Up to 16,000 Readings for RH/Temp & User-Programmable Sample Rate

Extech RHT20 - Extech Instruments Corporation

The RHT20 is a Humidity Temperature Datalogger which records up to 16,000 Humidity and 16,000 Temperature readings with a user programmable sample rate. USB interface for easy setup and data download. Selectable data sampling rates from 1s to 24hr. User-programmable alarm thresholds for RH and Temperature. LCD displays current temperature and humidity readings plus Min/Max and Alarm status. Long battery life. Place or mount the datalogger in monitoring location (storage bin, truck, cargo hold, freezer, temperature-controlled room, etc.). Datalogger records temperature and humidity at sample rate set by user. Connect the datalogger to your PC via the USB interface to retrieve readings. Datalogger displays the current Humidity and Temperature plus Min/Max and alarm status so it can viewed anytime during the recording process. Complete with battery, mounting bracket, and software.

  • Walk in chamber for Complex Salt Spray Test (Temperature controllable)

    Guangdong Bell Experiment Equipment Co.,Ltd

Walk in chamber for Complex Salt Spray Test Relevant standards requirement1. Test Object: battery pack andsystem.2. Refer GB/T4 part 5.5.2 test method, test according to GT/T2423.17 test conditions.3. The salt solution was made up with sodium chloride (chemically pure and analytically pure) and distilled or deionized water,Its concentration is (5 + 1)% (mass fraction).4. (35 ± 2) ℃, the measured pH value is between 6.5-7.2.5. Placed the test objects in the salt spray chamber for cycling test. Each cycling duration for 24h. Spray salt solution to the test object for 8 hours under the temperature of (35± 2) ℃ , remain for 16 hours. Between the forth and the fifth hour in one cycles should be according to test requirement in GB/T 28046.1-2011, test mode with 3.2.6. Total 6 cycles testing.7. Salt spray test is not necessary for the test objects being installed in passenger, luggage or cargo compartments.
