  • Frequency Conversion Rotating Magnetic Fla

    MT-2XCF - Mitech Co., LTD.

MITECH MT-2XCF rechargeable frequency conversion rotating magnetic flaw detector is based on principle that the leakage magnetic field can absorb the magnetic powder. Make use of magnetic yoke magnetized the workpiece of ferromagnetic material. If there has defects it will produce leakage magnetic field that will adsorb magnetic powder. We could detect the flaw by observing the density of adsorption magnetic powder. It adopts large capacity lithium battery. By the inverter and the phase shifted signal processor to provide power for the detector, it solves the shortcomings of traditional magnetic particle detector relying on the 220V power supply. It has low power consumption and can continuous work for more than 6 hours. And the battery can be charged when the detector is on and off. Especially suitable for the field testing. It can choose the current frequency according to the flaw depth with unique frequency conversion communication design, that improve the detection sensitivity. It’s widely used in aircraft manufacturing, boiler and pressure vessels and other fields. It is a necessary professional precision instrument of quality control, in-service safety monitoring and life assessment.

  • Wet Sponge Pinhole Detection

    Elcometer Limited

Wet Sponge Technique: A low voltage is applied to a moist sponge. When the sponge moves over a coating flaw, liquid penetrates to the substrate and completes an electrical circuit, setting off the alarm. The wet sponge technique is suitable for measuring insulating coatings less than 500μm (20mils) on conductive substrates, and is ideal for powder coatings and other coatings where the user does not wish to damage the coating.

  • Security Testing Service

    Testhouse Ltd

No one on the Internet is immune from security threats. The consequences of a security breach are great:revenue impact, damage to credibility, legal liability, and loss of customer trust. Security testing helps to make data and information on digital networks secure by identifying potential vulnerabilities and flaws in security mechanisms of the network, while ensuring compliance with latest recommended security standards. Security testing assures managements that their systems are secure from attack, vulnerabilities and provides end users with reassurance their data is protected and secured at all times.- Security testing can be carried out in conjunction with or independent of other testing processes- Security testing looks at stopping active intrusion attempts from external sources than fixing only inherent application flaws

    GlowCode - Electric Software, Inc.

GlowCode is a complete real-time performance and memory profiler for Windows and .NET programmers who develop applications with C++, C#, or any .NET Framework-compliant language. GlowCode helps programmers optimize application performance, with tools to detect memory leaks and resource flaws, isolate performance bottlenecks, profile and tune code, trace real-time program execution, ensure code coverage, isolate boxing errors, identify excessive memory usage, and find hyperactive and loitering objects.

  • Ultrasound Measurements

    ECO-TECH

Is sound waves with frequencies higher than the upper audible limit of human hearing. Ultrasound is no different from 'normal' (audible) sound in its physical properties, except in that humans cannot hear it. Ultrasound devices operate with frequencies from 20 kHz up to several gigahertz.Ultrasonic devices are used to detect objects and measure distances. Ultrasound imaging or sonography is often used in medicine. In the nondestructive testing of products and structures, ultrasound is used to detect invisible flaws.

  • Optical Fiber Cable Testing Equipment

    Torontech Group

Optical fiber consists of a core and a cladding layer, selected for total internal reflection due to the difference in the refractive index between the two. In practical fibers, the cladding is usually coated with a layer of acrylate polymer or polyimide. This coating protects the fiber from damage but does not contribute to its optical waveguide properties. Individual coated fibers then have a tough resin buffer layer and/or core tube(s) extruded around them to form the cable core. Several layers of protective sheathing, depending on the application, are added to form the cable. Rigid fiber assemblies sometimes put light-absorbing ("dark") glass between the fibers, to prevent light that leaks out of one fiber from entering another. This reduces cross-talk between the fibers, or reduces flare in fiber bundle imaging applications Optical fibers are very strong, but the strength is drastically reduced by unavoidable microscopic surface flaws inherent in the manufacturing process. The initial fiber strength, as well as its change with time, must be considered relative to the stress imposed on the fiber during handling, cabling, and installation for a given set of environmental conditions. There are three basic scenarios that can lead to strength degradation and failure by inducing flaw growth: dynamic fatigue, static fatigues, and zero-stress aging.
