22 Bit / 1 MS/s Waveform Digitizer

The WFD22 is a 22 bit Waveform Digitizer for medium-speed / high resolution waveform capturing and analyzing. It combines superior dynamic performance with a very high DC accuracy.
The module features fully differential inputs to reduce common-mode level disturbances. It can also be used in Single Ended mode where an internal DC-offset source sets the midscale level.

The DIO-II module is a multimode digital source and capture unit. In Low Speed Mode it provides a 20-bit parallel or 24-bit serial I/O capability running at speeds up to 50 MHz. In High Speed Mode, the DIO-II provides a 16-bit parallel I/O capability up to 200 MHz. In both Modes, the Clock is generated by a low jitter PLL source that is capable of generating clocks from 320 kHz up to 1 GHz.

Dual-Channel Power Supply

DPS16 - APPLICOS

The DPS16 is a dual-channel power supply with very low output noise and no ripple. The output current can be up to 200 mA and has a programmable current limit. The 4 wire capability provides an excellent load regulation. Because the DPS16 is a fully linear design the output noise is exceptionally low while there are no ripple components as usually seen with switched mode designs. The unit has voltage and current read back on both channels with 16-bit resolution.
