These light sources are compact Master Oscillator Power Amplifier (MOPA) assemblies that can be directly modulated in a fixed range of repetitive frequency and pulse power. The standard products operate in the wavelength range around 1.5 μm at a repetition frequency> 6 kHz and with a pulse energy of 10 μJ / 50 ns (200 W peak power).
