The Hall Probe A for F1A Magnetic Transducers is a highly advanced, robust solution designed for precise measurement in magnetic field applications. With dimensions of 16.5 mm in length, 5.0 mm in width, and a thickness of 2.3 mm, this single-chip, fully integrated 1-axis Hall probe excels in providing accurate readings of magnetic fields perpendicular to the probe plane. Utilizing a CMOS integrated circuit, it incorporates four Hall elements, biasing circuits, amplifiers, and a temperature sensor, which enhances its versatility and reliability in various environments.
The Hall Probe features a remarkable spatial resolution of 0.4 x 0.01 x 0.04 mm, thanks to the compact size of the integrated Hall elements. It employs a unique spinning-current technique that effectively suppresses the planar Hall effect, achieving an extensive frequency bandwidth of DC to 75 kHz. This ensures that the output signals are not only stable but also highly responsive, making it an ideal choice for scenarios requiring rigorous magnetic field analysis. Furthermore, the integrated temperature sensor provides compensation, ensuring that performance remains consistent across different thermal conditions. The Hall Probe A is suitable for use as a Y-axis Hall probe and is available separately for OEM customers.
