LXI/USB Modular Chassis
For applications requiring diverse switching functions but preferring an LXI interface, look no further than our LXI/USB modular chassis. These chassis are capable of hosting our extensive range of 3U PXI switching and simulation modules in an LXI environment, allowing remote control over a gigabit Ethernet connection. Additionally, our LXI/USB Chassis support up to 18 PXI modules and can be controlled via USB or Ethernet.

The 60-104 chassis supports one or two 3U PXI modules and accepts Pickering's PXI products, it is the perfect platform to construct small scale applications. Possible systems include switching matrices up to 1104 crosspoints, 396 channel multiplexer or up to 36 channels of programmable resistor/sensor emulation.

This chassis mounting kit is designed for use with the 19-slot PXI chassis and the 18-slot LXI modular switching chassis, allowing installation into a standard 19" rack. When installed in a rack, a space of 1U should be allowed underneath the chassis for the cooling air intake, increasing the overall rack occupancy to 5U.
