The W8622EP Model Builder Program (MBP) SRAM Memory Modeling software enables you to extract transistor models and memory cell model in one MBP session. The typical SRAM plots including butterfly curve and N-curve have been pre-defined as well as the resulting targets such as static noise margin (SNM) and critical currents. The user can optimize transistor model parameters based on device-level characteristics and SRAM-cell level figures of merit (FOMs) all simultaneously. It also allows the user to compare different SRAM cell models easily.
