Magnetic Transducers With Fully Integrated 1-Axis (Y) Hall Probe
F1A - SENIS
The F1A Magnetic Transducers feature a fully integrated CMOS 1-axis (Y) Hall Probe that offers exceptional sensitivity and high spatial resolution, measuring just 0.4 x 0.04 mm. This high-resolution sensor enables accurate measurements of magnetic fields perpendicular to the probe plane, specifically the By component. Enhanced by a unique spinning-current technique in the biasing circuits, the probes effectively suppress the planar Hall effect, ensuring superior performance in various demanding applications. With a frequency bandwidth extending from DC to 75 kHz, this advanced probe quality control makes it suitable for characterizing permanent magnets, developing magnetic systems, and monitoring electromagnetic devices in both laboratory and production environments.
Additionally, the Hall Probe incorporates a built-in temperature sensor for real-time temperature compensation, which ensures the accuracy of measurements. The Module E connected to the Hall Probe amplifies, linearizes, and conditions the output signals to mitigate interference from electromagnetic disturbances. As a robust and highly effective measurement solution, the F1A Magnetic Transducers are ideal for applications ranging from magnetic field mapping to the quality control of magnet systems.
