25-Watt AC/DC Power Supply
Model 56GS1
NAI’s 56GS1 is a 25 Watt AC/DC Power Supply that accepts multiple AC inputs plus a +270 VDC input. This COTS unit provides a single full-power output at a baseplate temperature of +85° C.Standard features include remote error sensing; remote digital (TTL) turn on/off; and protection against transients, overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuits. Options such as ESS vibration testing and choice of output voltages are available, and additional options and special units can be ordered.

The EM1 module integrates the Intel® 82580 GbE Controller with supporting magnetics and circuitry to provide dual-port gigabit (10/100/1000Base-T) Ethernet network controller functions. NAI Single Board Computer (SBC) boards are typically designed with dual-port NICs. The EM1, with direct-connect PCIe interface, allows for seamless SBC/processor configuration providing access to additional Ethernet communication port functions.

Enhanced 24 Discrete I/O Channels (0 to 60 VDC, 500 mA/Ch.)
DT4
The DT4 module (the enhanced version) features 24 programmable channels for either input (voltage or contact sensing with programmable, on-module pull-up/pull down current sources), or output (current source, sink, or push-pull) up to 500 mA per channel from an applied, external 3 – 60 VCC source. These modules can sense broken input connections and whether an input is shorted to +VCC or to ground. Additional features of the DT4 (Enhanced Version) are listed below.

1 Channel, MIL-STD-1553/1760 Communications Interface
FTJ
Based on the MIL-STD-1553 signal and interface backbone, MIL-STD-1760 defines a standardized electrical interface to address additional aircraft weapons stores management and as such, includes some special requirements. The FTJ module meets the operational requirements within the general specifications of MIL-STD-1760 as applied to an integrated I/O function module, and include special designed holt transceivers to ensure signal parameter operation and integrity.

It is designed to work along with NAI’s 72.5 DC Power Line Conditioner w/Holdup companion unit, model 44KS3-02.

24 TTL Channels, Enhanced, Programmable I/O
TL2
Function module TL2 provides 24 channels of TTL/CMOS transceiver functionality as either inputs or outputs. The transistor-transistor logic (TTL) employs transmitters with multiple emitters in gates having more than one input. TTL offers high switching speed and relative immunity to noisy systems. CMOS sensors provide image sensing technology by converting light waves into signals that are small bursts of current. These waves can be light or other electromagnetic radiation.
