ACCUplace BullsEye /Recognition Grid
AP-B Series
-
A unique concept in imaging calibration technology, The ACCUplace Bulls Eye / Recognition Grid allows the end user to calibrate magnification at multiple power levels, as well as test the system’s ability to recognize and locate distinctive shapes within shapes by focusing on the concentric circles. Each Bulls Eye / Recognition Grid target has individual patterns consisting of 5 concentric circles with 0.50mm line width and 0.50mm spacing between circles (10mm Pitch) with a 0.100mm center dot. In addition, each row and column is labeled with X & Y coordinates. The AP-B series is offered on four standard substrates; Chrome on Glass (CG) Opal (OP) Photopaper (RM) and Film (TM).

Imaging Gauge Software Test System
-
The IMAGING GAUGETM quality analysis system was developed by APPLIED IMAGE to address the growing need to standardize the evaluation of camera image quality. The system includes a Test Chart manufactured using our ACCUedge® technology, along with unique Image Analysis Software, used together to analyze the quality of the imaging system, and then provide a summary report on the various image quality metrics. Our goal is to provide a simple to use, unique image analysis system, that can be utilized by R&D, scientists, system integrators, technicians and field operators to evaluate the camera quality or imaging system.

ACCUplace Dot Patterns
AP-D Series
-
All machine vision lenses will show some type of distortion. Minimizing or correcting that distortion is crucial in most applications. The ACCUplace Dot Patterns target is designed to check, verify, or quantify barrel distortion in vision systems, alignment between multiple optical systems, and can calibrate instruments with both vision and motion systems. The indexed columns and rows of dot features provide reference points that make alignment and distortion detection simple and straightforward. The AP-D is offered on four standard materials; Glass (CG) Opal (OP) Photopaper (RM) and Film (TM).

SINE Sinusoidal Single Frequency Gratings
-
Our SINE Sinusoidal Single Frequency transmittance patterns have proved to be very useful for specialized MTF Measurement as well as for such applications as moirè contouring. They are made on film base material with a nominal thickness of 0.175mm. This material is polyester and tends to be somewhat birefringent. The harmonic modulation values are generally 3% or less.
