The 104-IIRO-16 is a low-cost board that provides isolated input and output for PC/104 Bus computer applications. The board has sixteen optically-isolated digital inputs for AC or DC control signals and sixteen electro-mechanical relay outputs. The Change of State Detection capability of ACCES’ Model 104-IIRO-16 sets this board apart from the competition. An Economy version can be ordered as Model 104-IIRO-16E which has no Change of State Detection or IRQs. Also available is Model 104-RO-16 which has 16 relay outputs only.

The mPCIe-DIO-24A is a type F1 PCI Express Mini Card (mPCIe) and optional cable assembly (D-Sub 37-pin Male connector) designed to be easily panel-mounted in any application environment. The boards were developed for use by system integrators and manufacturers in the design of industrial and commercial systems. Based on the XR17D158, the boards have eight enhanced 16550 UARTs, each with a set of modem signals (CTS, RTS, RI, DTR, DSR, CD) in RS-232 mode.

This is a 144-bit full-size card. A Programmable Peripheral Interface chip, type 8255-5 provides three 8-bit ports (A, B, and C) for each 24-bit group. Each port can be independently programmed for either input or output. Port C can also be configured as two 4-bit ports. These cards fully implement Mode 0 of the 8255 PPI chip. (Consult the factory if you desire to operate in Mode 1.) Type LS245 bi-directional transceivers sink 24 mA (optionally 64 mA) and source 15 mA. These transceiver buffers provide hysteresis correction on inputs and added drive capability on outputs. The direction of the transceivers is set by software.

The P104-COM232-8 (PC/104-Plus) and 104I-COM232-8 (PCI-104) are PC/104-based eight channel RS-232 communication peripherals. Based on the XR17D158, the boards have eight enhanced 16550 UARTs, each with a set of modem signals (CTS, RTS, RI, DTR, DSR, CD). A 460Kb/s rate is guaranteed for all channels with up to 3K Ohm 1000pF loads. All interrupts may be monitored at a 32-bit status register. Each UART has both a 64 byte transmit and a 64 byte receive FIFO.
