The i4001 supports vector-from-module and vector-from-baseboard, this means that interrupt vectors are provided by the the M-module or by the i4001.

The CPCI395 features 16 analog voltage outputs, integrated on the CompactPCI standard. Each output has a 12- or 16-bit resolution and a software programmable output range (0..+10V or -10..+10V). Control of the analog output is as easy as writing the binary equivalent to a dedicated register (per channel). Conversion takes place automatically. If desired, channels can be synchronized by presetting the channels and then give a simultaneous update command.
