Test Fixture with API

The TA-14VG test fixture is based on the requirements for the Integrated Test Procedure for the VG-14A assembly as shown in the OEM maintenance manual. The panel also contains a test point breakout for the units main connector as well as one for the VG-401 base. The VG-401 breakouts provide an in series connection that will allow easy access to the gyro's signals and also provides a way to monitor rotor current. The panel also contains a variac to allow for line voltage adjustment.

This weather radar test fixture is a combination of the established WXT-250 series fixture and the RDR-2000 and RDR-2100 radars so that a single panel will provide many features that are still required today. The gyro simulator built into the panel is usable for either radar being tested and eliminate's plugging in any external simulator. The features for both product lines as shown in their respecting CMM's are provided on the panel so that full testing and alignment of these radars and their system components can be tested and/or evaluated. Dual Servo Electrical Test Fixture

The TA-334001 is a Dual Servo Electrical Test Fixture made to be an equivalent substitute for the Honeywell test fixture T-334001. The test fixture front panel duplicates all the proper switch numbers and descriptions so the technician can follow by the book testing. The panel overlay text is reverse screened (backside) to insure that text quality will not degrade over time. All the appropriate test jacks are provided on the panel for servo pin and bracket breakouts. This fixture provides for the switching of motor direction, clutch, tach selection, synchro selection, limit switching and polarity relays. Panel meters are provided on the test fixture so that the technician can monitor the servomotor voltage as well as clutch voltage and current.
