Dual Servo Electrical Test Fixture

The TA-334001 is a Dual Servo Electrical Test Fixture made to be an equivalent substitute for the Honeywell test fixture T-334001. The test fixture front panel duplicates all the proper switch numbers and descriptions so the technician can follow by the book testing. The panel overlay text is reverse screened (backside) to insure that text quality will not degrade over time. All the appropriate test jacks are provided on the panel for servo pin and bracket breakouts. This fixture provides for the switching of motor direction, clutch, tach selection, synchro selection, limit switching and polarity relays. Panel meters are provided on the test fixture so that the technician can monitor the servomotor voltage as well as clutch voltage and current.

Becker NAV/RMU/RMI/OBS Test Fixture

This NAV test fixture is specific to the requirements for testing Becker Avionics NAV, RMI and RMU products. The panel incorporates specific functionality required for testing these Becker products by the book including special requirements for the RMU 5000 and the IN 3300 series of nav indicators. This BAEE NAV test fixture also facilitates resolver alignment and discrete meter testing through the PG 3300 interface connector. The RM 3300 portion of the panel tests the Becker RMI indicators and allows for sourcing the composite signal from the paired radio or from an external generator. The DME channeling outputs are monitored with discrete LED's as well as the ILS, V/LOC, Glideslope and NAV TEST valids. Discrete test jacks are provided for all the meters and the resolver of the NAV indicator and a dimming source is also provided. When testing the RMU 5000 computer access is through a dedicated connector.

The TA-3C test fixture is a combination of the KMD540 testing requirements and the RDR-2000/2100 weather radar interface requirements. This panel allows the technician to test the KMD540 MFD as a stand alone item (with external simulators) or together with a radar sensor for a dynamic real time test. The TA-6055A is a Mach Airspeed Test Fixture built to support the testing and repair of the 2082 and 2083 series of Servoed Mach Airspeed Indicators (SMASI) used in some Boeing aircraft. These mach airspeeds are synchro driven and require a coarse and fine input for altitude and a third input for airspeed. This test fixture was designed around the test procedure and is interfaced with our TA-1001 panel which provides for two of the synchro sources and two Angle Position Indicators (API).
