DS800 Series -
Cognex Corporation
The DS800 Series laser displacement sensors are designed to optimize product quality by providing detailed 3D inspections of your products. These simple-to-use sensors generate highly accurate three-dimensional renderings of parts under inspection by combining laser triangulation with advanced image formation. Surface-level features, such as length, width, height, and tilt, can then be extracted from these renderings with micrometer precision.

A linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) is a type of electrical transformer/transducer used for measuring linear displacement (position). A counterpart to this device used for measuring rotary displacement is called a rotary variable differential transformer (RVDT). The RVDT is like an LVDT in that it measures a positional displacement, however, the displacement, which is still a linear proportional function, is based on rotary instead of linear positional movement.

ZETLAB Company
ZET 7111-L is a digital LVDT displacement sensor. It requires no special adjustment and starts measuring right after power is on. Displacement measured values are transferred in digital form via CAN interface. The LVDT digital sensor consists of a primary transducer (LVDT sensor) and a measuring element (ZET 7111-L unit). The LVDT sensor converts meaured object (to which it is mechanically connected) linear displacement into electric signal to be further transferred into displacement values by the measurement module.
