  • Thyristors

    Protek Devices

ProTek's Thyristor Surge Suppression devices are designed to protect telecommunications equipment against lightning and transients induced by AC power lines. These devices are ideal for use in central office equipment, PBX, DSU, OCU, digital telephones, fax machines, modems and radio controlled equiment.

  • Three-Phase Output Solid-State Relays

Series DR3P - Teledyne Defense Electronics Relays & Coax Switch

Series DR3P solid-state relays provide three-phase output, offering both AC and DC control with a zero-cross turn-ON thyristor output. The DR3P provides an integrated heat sink, output transient suppression (MOV and snubber circuit) and LEDs that serve as status indicators for diagnostics. The relays are designed for DIN-rail or panel mounting.Available options include:DR3P48A50 22A, 24-520Vrms Load; 90-240Vac/Vdc

  • Medium Power-Load Relays

Series G - Teledyne Defense Electronics Relays & Coax Switch

Series G relays are designed for medium-power loads. The design incorporates a thyristor output. Series G relays utilize optical isolation to protect the control from load transients. An internal MOV is also provided to protect against load transient voltages. The compact size makes it ideal for designs where space is limited. Zero-Cross and Random switching options available.Available options include:G24R12-06 12Arms, 12-320Vrms, 520Vpeak Load; 3-32Vdc Control; RandomG24D12-06 12Arms, 12-320Vrms, 520Vpeak Load; 3-32Vdc Control; Zero-Cross

  • Power Discrete Tester

    Mostrak-2 - ipTest Limited

M2 test system has multiple test generators which cover static and dynamic test procedures. It is our first truly modular tester which allows for the system to be upgraded and expanded when needed. M2 are designed to get the tester as close as possible to the handler interface and operator at the highest possible speeds. M2 is capable of HV (3 kV) and LV (600A) testing and has dynamic switching capabilities up to 1200V. MOSTRAK systems can test the following device types: MOSFET, IGBT, Bipolar transistor, Diode - rectifiers, Thyristor (SCR) - Triac, Linear voltage regulator (VReg), Transient voltage suppressor (TVS).

  • High Voltage Power Supplies

    Guth GmbH

The mains voltage (230V / 3 x 400V) is transformed, rectified and filtered by the HN series. The direct current output voltage is tuned by a variable transformer or regulated by a thyristor controller. With the HS and HV series the rectified mains voltage is supplied to a frequency converter, which produces a mid-frequency square wave voltage. This transformed, rectified and filtered alternating current produces the desired voltage as output, which is regulated by means of frequency variation or pulse width modulation. The equipment in the HV series supply, in addition to the high voltage output, up to 3 auxiliary outputs which can be used to supply e.g. heating, grid voltage or surge voltage.

  • Differential Voltage Probes

    DP150/DP200pro - Powertek LLC

The DP differential isolation probes are an important accessory for any laboratory involved in power electronics and high voltage systems. These probes allow isolated and floating measurements with any oscilloscope or data recorder, whilst the oscilloscope can remain grounded. Using a DP150 or DP200pro probe, differential and floating measurements can be made on a variety of ac power systems like 230V/110V ac input power supplies, chopped and switching power supplies, thyristor controllers, variable speed motor drives (PWM signals), motor inrush current and measurement across current shunts. The isolated input is made via two 4mm/banana safety sockets. The BNC output allows easy connection to an oscilloscope. The DP probes can be powered from a 9V battery or external power supply.

  • Inductive Sensors

    Bernstein AG

In general, inductive proximity switches consist of four basic elements: a coil, an oscillator, a threshold switch and an output stage with short-circuit protection. The oscillator generates a high frequency, electromagnetic alternating field which is emitted from the active face of the coil.Eddy currents are induced in a metal object that enters this field. These eddy currents draw energy from both the electromagnetic field and from the oscillator which is consequently attenuated. The more energy taken the closer the metal object moves towards the active face. The threshold switch switches on the output stage at a defined attenuation value. In proximity switches with a DC voltage supply, this switch is designed as an NPN transistor which switches the connected load to the negative pole or as a PNP transistor which switches the load to the positive pole. The output stage is a thyristor or a triac in AC voltage switches.

  • Three-Phase Solid State Relay

Part No. E3P2G - Teledyne Defense Electronics Relays & Coax Switch

The E3P2G series, three-phase solid state relay is the 2nd generation of the discontinued E3P series. The new design incorporates a high efficiency back-to-back thyristor with direct copper bonding for a longer lifetime expectancy. Over-Voltage protection is provided internally with TVS diodes for the input and output. Additionally our -16 model is designed with an RC snubber and VDR for greater protection to the output to handle all types of loads. The industrial SSR utilizes optical isolation to protect the control from load transients for each phase and has tight zero-cross window for low EMI. A control status LED are standard on all models.Available options include:E3P48D25 Load: 25A, 24-600Vrms ; Control: 4-30Vdc E3P48D50 Load: 50A, 24-600Vrms ; Control: 4-30Vdc E3P48D75 Load: 75A, 24-600Vrms ; Control: 4-30Vdc E3P48D75-16 Load: 75A, 24-520Vrms ; Control: 4-30Vdc ;E3P48D75-16 RC+VDR Output Protection
