  • Modulation Distortion Up To 125 GHz

    S930712B - Keysight Technologies

S930712B enables fast and accurate active device modulation distortion characterization under modulated stimulus conditions up to 125 GHz. The wide dynamic range and vector error correction of the PNA-X results in an extremely low residual EVM of the test setup, delivering you a complete picture of your device’s performance without test system interference. S93072B measures EVM, NPR, ACPR, and decomposes nonlinear signals and linear signals with the spectral correlation between input and output spectrum without doing demodulation. Integration with the PNA-X SCCM provides quick modulation distortion measurements while making other VNA measurements.

Recent enhancements include many new K solutions, residual stress capabilities, increased speed, new GUIs, residual strength diagrams, spectrum editing, temperature effects, cyclic shakedown models, cycle counting algorithms, and a revised material database. NASGRO received an R&D 100 Award in 2003 and the NASA Software of the Year award in 2003.

  • Near Field Probes 1GHz - 10 GHz

SX set - Langer EMV-Technik GmbH

The SX1 set consists of 3 passive near field probes for making measurements in the development phase of E-field and magnetic field with a high clock frequency in the range from 1 GHz to 10 GHz. The probe heads of the set SX allow for measurements close to electronic assemblies, e.g. on single IC pins, conducting paths, components and their connectors, to localize interference sources. Field orientation and field distribution on an electronic assembly can be detected through trained use of the near field probe. The near field probes are small and handy. They have a sheath current attenuation and are electrically shielded. They can be connected to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope with a 50 Ω input. They have an internal terminating resistance.

  • EMCTD Broadband RF Safety Systems

    LBA Group, Inc

The EMCTD analog Smart Fieldmeter® is easy to read and to operate. Our portfolio uses system-in-package (SiP) technology similar to multichip modules (MCM) to integrate components with different technologies, along with passive components to make an integrated subsystem.

  • Field Strength Meters

    FIM-22 And FIM-41 - Potomac Instruments, Inc.

The Models FIM-22 and FIM-41 are portable field strength meters designed to provide precise, direct measurements of electro-magnetic fields in the 200 kHz to 5.0 MHz spectrum. These units include a receiver, integral shielded loop antenna, precision attenuator, internal calibration source, and battery power supply. With calibration accuracy traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the FIM-22 and FIM-41 meet the most exacting requirements of government and industry. Their hinged covers, on the rugged drawn aluminum cases, contain a loop antenna. Opening the cover to a vertical position connects the antenna terminals to the receiver via maintenance-free gold-plated contacts. An interlock switch prevents inadvertent battery discharge when the cover is closed.
