LM-AS -
Eddy Co.
The short light source is compatible with the LM-101 or the LMC-20. The light is supplied with a 50 watt tungsten halogen convection cooled light source which provides suffcient energy for use with narrow band pass filters or monochronomators in the wave length range of .35 to 2.5 microns. The light beam is chopped at 200 hz by a quiet, vibration free, synchronous motor. The housing also contains a secondary LED light source and detector for synchronization of the amplifier, plus an electro-mechanical shutter to block the light output when the instrument is zeroed. An internal collimating lens produces a narrow beam (<1") so the LM-AS can be used in bell-jar and large coating systems.

Model 30 -
OAI
The Model 30 UV Light Source is highly efficient and may be utilized in a variety of applications. Light is collected by an ellipsoidal reflector and focused using OAI’s proprietary optical integrator which produces a highly uniform UV beam at the exposure plane. Using the appropriate lamp (included with the system), this UV Light Source is available in various beam sizes up to 24 inches square with output spectra ranging from 220 nm to 450 nm. Output power ranges from 200 watts to 5 kilowatts. All OAI UV Light Sources are equipped with quick-change filter assemblies, enabling the user to customize the output spectrum.

MKS Instruments
Semiconductor and Electronic Thin Film applications use plasma sources to generate low-energy ions and radicals to react with material surfaces and chamber walls to remove contaminants and act as a precursor to aid in material deposition. MKS provides multiple options for radical generation including Toroidal and Microwave based Remote Plasma Sources supporting Fluorine, NF3, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen process chemistries.

GI-SOURCE -
Sercel Group
Sercel developed the GI-SOURCE to reduce and suppress the bubble oscillation from a single impulsive source to simplify processing. The GI-SOURCE impulsive source is based on the same technology as the GI-SOURCE but is different in that it has two independent air chambers within the same casing : the Generator (generating the primary pulse and creating the main bubble) and the Injector (injecting air inside the main bubble so that it collapses quickly).

HEAD acoustics GmbH
In order to optimize product sounds, it is necessary to know the exact point of origin of a sound source. This makes possible to identify the cause of disruptive sound components and rectify these effectively, optimize sound radiation and thereby achieve the desired sound experience. The ease of use and advanced beamforming algorithms of the HEAD VISOR acoustic camera allow sound sources to be located precisely at the blink of an eye.
