KRD14 series -
CME Technology Co. Ltd.
KRD14 series pneumatic shock response spectrum tester is used to measure and determine the shock resistance of electrical and electronic products or packaging, and to evaluate the reliability and structural integrity of the test product in a shock environment. The shock response spectrum is the total result of a series of single-degree-of-freedom linear systems with different natural frequencies subjected to the same shock excitation response. When a product is subjected to an impact, the maximum value of its impact response means that the product has a maximum stress. Therefore, the shock response spectrum tester can better simulate the shock wave and shock energy suffered in the real environment.

KRD15 series -
CME Technology Co. Ltd.
KRD15 series is the state-of-the-art shock response spectrum tester that adopts compressed gas energy to provide impact energy, push the shock hammer to impact the resonance plate, and generate high energy shock. Comparing to traditional pendulum shock response spectrum tester, this machine has the advantages of high energy, stable performance, high reliability, good repeatability, easy adjustment, safety and environmental protection. It is mainly applied in the industries of aerospace, aviation and ships.

National Technical Systems
NTS is the exclusive provider of HATS2™testing services in North America. Thermal shock testing has long been the accepted method to check robustness and reliability of plated-through holes and solder joint connections. Historically, thermal shock testing has been performed utilizing either dual chamber air-to-air systems or liquid-to-liquid systems. Both of these methods offer significant disadvantages in cost, time, and the fact that the samples must be transported between the hot and cold environments. Transportation of the samples between the temperature environments makes monitoring the resistance of the samples difficult and inaccurate due to the length and quantity of wires. The infrequent monitoring typically associated with traditional thermal shock methods also makes detection of “glitch” conditions marginal at best.

UltraShock -
MadgeTech, Inc
The UltraShock is a battery powered, stand alone temperature, pressure, humidity and tri-axial shock data logger. The UltraShock measures and records data for temperature, pressure and humidity at user selectable reading rates, while shock/acceleration data is sampled at 512Hz and at the user-specified reading rate, writes the peak acceleration (g force) to memory.
-
UltraShock-EB -
MadgeTech, Inc
The UltraShock-EB is a battery powered, stand alone temperature, pressure, humidity and 3-axis shock data logger which offers a battery life of up to 60 days typical. The UltraShock measures and records data for temperature, pressure and humidity at user selectable reading rates, while shock/acceleration data is sampled at 512Hz and at the user-specified reading rate, writes the peak acceleration (g force) to memory.

Classical Shock -
ZETLAB Company
Software Classical shock is used for testing specimen resistance to shock impact. As the Software Classical shock is activated, at the output of shaker control system ZET 017-U there is formed a signal with pre-set parameters. Types of signals generated:
-
Shock Impact Recorder -
ZETLAB Company
This system is complex of recording instruments intended for measurement and recording of shock impact parameters produced by shock testing machines.
-
Vibration Shock -
ZETLAB Company
Software Vibration shock is used for testing specimen resistance to vibration impact. This software is a part of the software complex ZETLAB VIBRO, supplied together with vibration control systems ZET 017-U. The software enables generation of impacts with pre-set parameters and noise presence within a specified frequency range. The software is activated via ZETLAB control panel and VCS menu.
