The equipment has small dimensions, it can be placed both in small service centers and big shops specialized in selling equipment.The bench includes the following diagnostic functions: testing of 12V and 24V alternators under load, 12V and 24V voltage regulators, 12V and 24V starters in idle running mode.Power supply is single-phase 220V, thus, there is no need industrial power supply.The device carries out testing of different alternators under load up to 100A.Connection of the 2nd battery is conducted from outside to the terminals on the bench body to achieve power supply of 24V for more convenient connection. Image intensifier tubes (IITs) are vacuum tubes that amplify a low light-level image to observable levels. Image intensifier tubes are the most important modules of night vision devices that play crucial role in defense/security/industrial applications.Technology of manufacturing of image intensifier tubes is very difficult and performance parameters of modern IITs varies even within the same technological process. Next, test report offered by manufacturers cannot be fully trusted because there are some differences in test methods used by different manufactures. Further on, there are literature sources presenting conflicting claims of different manufacturers. It is quite common to find on the world market two night vision devices (or two image intensifier tubes) of the same data sheet parameters but of totally different image quality. Inverse situation is possible, too. Due to reasons mentioned above testing image intensifier tubes is of critical importance for both their manufacturers, manufacturers of night vision devices (NVDs) and final users of NVDs.

It will offer less than 28 electrons readout noise (rms) and with a high intra-scene dynamic range of 51dB, this enables simultaneous capture of bright & dark portions of a scene. Available with a 12 bit medium Camera Link digital output, the Owl 1280 will run from 10 to 60Hz. The camera features an on-board Automated Gain Control (AGC) which enables the best contrast image from low to bright light. The camera also has an on-board intelligent 3 point Non Uniform Correction (NUC) providing the highest quality images. As with all Raptor cameras, the Owl 1280 is ultra compact and rugged. The camera sensor temperature is stabilised to 15°C and the camera does not have a fan.
