Differential Interferometer
10715A
The Keysight 10715A Differential Interferometer performs differential measurements between the supplied reference mirror and a measurement plane mirror. It provides exceptional long term stability. The 10715A minimizes dead path, and, because the entire optical path through the interferometer is common mode, it eliminates thermal drift in measurements. The resolution of the measurement is twice that of a linear or single-beam interferometer.

Turning Mirror
10769A
The 10769A is ideal for use in laser measurement and calibration applications. In the calibration of slant bed lathes, for example, the beam steering mirror deflects the beam from the laser head upward, through the interferometer, along the lathe's cross slide. One or more mirrors can also create a path from a laser head to an interferometer located in an otherwise inaccessible position, as in the case of a milling machine with a table that moves in only one axis.

40Gb/s DQPSK Receiver
The integrated DQPSK receiver incorporates an optical phase demodulator (delay-line interferometer or DLI) with 2 pairs of balanced photo-diodes and 2 linear TIAs into a single butterfly package. Compared with the currently available discrete solution in which a separate DLI and a separate receiver are used, the integrated DQPSK receiver eliminates labor intensive fiber routing and coupling (between the DLI and the balanced receiver) as well as the skew control. 2x4 QPSK Mixer

Beam Directing and Reflecting Optics
Beam directing and reflecting optics simply reflect, bend or translate the beam, but do not typically modify the polarization, except for polarizing beam splitters. For example, mirrors, cube corners and retroreflectors are attached to objects that move in order to keep the weight down on the moving object (instead of mounting the interferometer on the moving object).
