The Wind Miser also greatly reduces or eliminates the occurrence of the Whisper turbine’s blade flutter in high winds, which creates a loud sound similar to a tractor trailer’s engine brake. This was a pleasant surprise, and was an unexpected result from the Wind Miser’s design.
