MIchrome 20 -
Fuzhou Tucsen Photonics Co.,Ltd
MIchrome 20 is equipped with Tucsens new computational imaging software, Mosaic 2.0, which provides a "real-time image stitching" function. It can generate large-sized mosaic images in a few seconds while moving the stage, which is light, smooth and worry-free! MIchrome 20 also provides real-time depth of field fusion. Turning the focus ring to capture different depth of field points while generating clear depth of field images, fast, accurate and efficient.

Teledyne Marine PDS
Teledyne PDS Bar Sweep supports different ways to monitor your leveling operation. Teledyne RESON provides the software as well as the sensors to accompany the system.Teledyne PDS visualizes the bar in top, profile, and 3D views indicating where the leveling has taken place. The position and depth of the bar is logged to a digital terrain model (DTM) which is color-coded for depth. It is possible to display a design depth in the profile views, indicating whether the bar has to be lowered or hoisted.

Teledyne PDS Plough supports different ways to monitor your leveling operation. Teledyne RESON provides the software as well as the sensors to accompany the system.Teledyne PDS visualizes the plough in top, profile, and 3D views indicating where leveling has taken place. The position and depth of the plough is logged to a digital terrain model (DTM) which is color-coded for depth. It is possible to display a design depth in the profile views, indicating whether the plough has to be lowered or hoisted.

Evans Analytical Group®
X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS Analysis), also known as Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis (ESCA), is used to determine quantitative atomic composition and chemistry. It is a surface analysis technique with a sampling volume that extends from the surface to a depth of approximately 50-70 Angstroms. Alternatively, XPS analysis can be utilized for X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) or Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis (ESCA) from Evans Analytical Group (EAG).sputter depth profiling to characterize thin films by quantifying matrix-level elements as a function of depth.

GCIS -
Kratos Analytical Ltd
The Kratos Ar Gas Cluster Ion Source (GCIS) is optimised for depth profiling organic materials in Arn+ cluster mode and inorganic materials in Ar+ monomer mode, dependent on the operating parameters defined by the user and the type of material to be profiled. In Arn+ ion cluster mode the ions can be accelerated up to a maximum of 20 keV. This enables the successful sputter depth profiling of the widest range of polymer materials to be undertaken. However, Arn+ cluster depth profiling has been shown to give very low sputter yields for inorganic materials. In order to retain the capability of generating depth profiles from this class of materials this ion source can also be operated in the more conventional Ar monomer (Ar+) mode.
