  • GC Sample Prep & Sample Introduction

    Teledyne LABS

For Gas Chromatography Preparation & Introduction, Teledyne LABS’ brand offers Purge & Trap instruments to prepare samples for separation. P&T is routinely applied to detect volatile organic compounds (VOCs) down to sub-ppb levels in soil and water, and as a step in determining outdoor and indoor air quality. The arrival of microprocessor-driven systems allows the concentrator to be more precise and automated, giving the operator more time for other projects. All Teledyne LABS P&T instruments satisfy U.S. Environmental Protection Agency method guidelines.

  • Empowering Traditional Mass Spec

    ZipChip - 908 Devices Inc.

The ZipChip™ separations platform uses integrated microfluidic technology to prepare, separate and electrospray biological samples directly into traditional mass spectrometers (MS). In less than 3 minutes per sample, the cost-effective ZipChip system enables analysis of a broad range of matrices from growth media to cell lysates, blood, plasma, urine, and biopharma products. Each chip provides answers on analytes from small molecules up to intact proteins, antibodies and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). This platform provides better separation quality than most liquid chromatography (LC) instruments – in a fraction of the time – all with full MS identification behind every separations peak.

  • Industrial QC/QA Analyzer - "Column Free" Molecular Fingerprinting Technology

    Aqualog - A-TEEM - HORIBA, Ltd.

A-TEEM™ Molecular Fingerprinting is a new optical technique that is ideal for comprehensive component analysis in a variety QC/QA applications, from water to wine to pharmaceuticals and more. It is a simple, fast, “column free” spectroscopic technique that simultaneously measures the absorbance, transmission and fluorescence of samples in solution, and offers unique benefits over traditional analytical techniques, such as chromatography, mass spec, IR, etc.. Fundamentally, this technique is best applied to samples in solution that have fluorescing components, like an aromatic molecule, although it also detects non-fluorescing species via absorbance. The fluorescence EEM fingerprint technique has also been applied to solids and skin. Fluorescence is a highly sensitive technique compared to other spectroscopic techniques such as absorbance, FTIR and Raman, and the three-dimensional nature of the data provides for a better foundation for complex component analysis.

  • Constant Pressure Dual Head Pump

ReaXus CP Class - Teledyne LABS

The high performance CP Class consists of dual-headed, positive displacement piston pumps with constant pressure control, covering a wide range of flows, with pressures up to 25,000 psi. Standard fluid path material is Stainless Steel. Other available features include Hastelloy fluid path with jacketed pump heads for temperature controlled processes. The CP Class pumps are widely used for Liquid Chromatography Column packing for 4.6 mm columns, as well as many process applications. The constant-pressure feedback loop automatically adjusts solvent flow to maintain constant system pressure and allows the user to select a wide range of process parameters, including desired pressure set point, ramp rate, and upper flow rate limit. The CP Class is available as standalone units, and also with the Teledyne SSI Column Packing System (called Pack-in-a-Box). Features include:20 mL packing reservoir assembly4.6 mm pre-column assemblyTwo (2) 4.6 mm x 150 mm columns10 gram bottle of C18 stationary phaseBracket assembly to mount packing reservoir to pumpQuick-set disk to allow full control of the packing process through a computerTubing, cables and other necessary fittings for connectionsWith 5 mL/min, 24 mL/min, and 100 mL/min versions, the CP Class will meet most Liquid Chromatography Column packing and process needs.
