The CAPA84R is powered by the Intel® Celeron® processor J1900 quad-core or J1800 dual-core. The CPU is located at the rear side of the motherboard, which further aids the heat-extraction process and simplifies maintenance procedures. This fanless embedded board was designed for operational efficiency in rugged architecture with a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. The CAPA84R supports one 204-pin DDR3L-1333 SO-DIMM socket with up to 8GB of system memory. There are also one SATA-300 port and one M.2 Key B supporting SATA for storage. The 3.5-inch embedded SBC with the Intel® integrated Gfx graphics is made to bring a true high definition visual experience with dual display configurations through the DisplayPort, 18/24-bit dual-channel LVDS and VGA.

PXI Signal Insertion Switch Modules, also known as fault insertion units (FIUs), provide a set of feedthrough channels, which make the switch transparent to the system when closed. You can open or short these channels to one of two fault buses, allowing you to simulate open or interrupted connections as well as shorts between pins, shorts to battery voltages, and shorts to ground on a per-channel basis. When controlled with the LabVIEW Real-Time Module, the PXI Signal Insertion Switch Module can validate the integrity of control systems including engine control units (ECUs) and full authority digital engine controls (FADECs). This Qseven application board offers various I/O connectors and flexible expansion features to reduce the design effort to the minimum. The Q7B301 also has an extended industrial grade operating temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC to withstand the rigors of harsh environments. Axiomtek’s new Qseven Rev. 2.1 application board, Q7B301, is compatible with Qseven module – Q7M311 which is powered by the Intel® Pentium® Processor N4200 and Celeron® Processor N3350. Customers can emulate required functions on Q7M301 as a reference design board or integrate the Q7M301 directly into their product as the application board.
