With safety always being a concern while working with electrical boxes, you can depend on TESCO’s Test Switch Protectors (Catalog No. 6441 & 6441-C) to alleviate any uncertainty. The DP-cPCI-4509 is a 32 channel relay switch module. This module is constructed using 2 Form ‘C’ (DPDT) relays. It provides for 250V DC isolation between channels. Out of the two contacts in each relay, one is used to provide the status of the relay through read back and the other is used for switching purpose. The user can write the command for the selected channels on to the Primary latch of the FPGA section. Readback is available to confirm the selected commands.

Magnetic Level Gauge Switches
ABB's magnetic level gauge switches for point level alarm and/or control can mount to a KM26 magnetic level gauge or an LS Series cage level switch.These switches are completely isolated from the process fluid as they are magnetically activated by a magnet equipped float (KM26) or attraction sleeve (LS Series). The unique magnetic coupling action eliminates seals, diaphragms, springs, and torque tubes common to other level switching alternatives since there is no physical contact with the process fluid. The magnetic coupling also eliminates process connections to the switch; therefore, no isolation valves are required to block off the switch for maintenance. The switch "set point" is easily adjustable without changing any process piping and the result is a more reliable and easier way to maintain level system.
