The 40-726A is a 12x8 RF Matrix Module suitable for switching frequencies up to 300MHz (50Ω version). The 40-726A is available in either 50Ω or 75Ω versions with a choice of coaxial connectors. Finna Sensors’ Smart III RF Moisture Probe is appropriate in those situations where NIR use on conveying systems/web applications or RF flat plate sensor use on board type products are not sufficient. Examples include tanks, bins, barrels, drums, Super Sacks™, silos, etc. These applications require a probe type moisture meter where the probe is inserted into, and is surrounded by product. Since the probe generates a 3 inch diameter radio frequency field around the length of the probe, a significant volume of product is measured. As the product is slowly removed from the silo, and refilled from the top, it passes by the RF Probe, thereby providing a constant real time moisture measurement. Typical applications would include starches, distillers and brewers grains, granulated chemicals or food ingredients, whole grains such as corn kernels, rice, soybeans, tree nut stockpiles, etc.

The terminal strength test is used to performed to determine whether the design of electrical terminals and their method of attachment can withstand mechanical stresses to which they will be subjected during installation or disassembly in equipment. These stresses must be withstood by the component without sustaining damage which would affect either the integrity of the terminals or the operation of the component part itself. Procedures are established in this method for testing, for example wire-lead terminals, flexible-flat-strip or tab-lead terminals, and rigid-type terminals which are threaded or have other arrangements for attaching conductors. The forces applied during the test consist of direct axial, radial or tension pulls, twist, bending torsion, and the torque exerted by the application of nuts or screws on threaded terminals.

The Innovative Technical Systems ITS-9050 Detector is a sensitive, harmonic mixing detector designed to measure millimeter-wave free-space radiation. It is ideal for measuring radiation patterns of antennas inboth the near and far-field. The ITS-9050 employs a free-running dielectric resonator oscillator (DRO) and an integrated harmonic mixer with a waveguide RF input that either connects directly to a circuit under test or to an antenna for radiation detection. The resulting IF is amplified and detected by an IF log-detector that drives a front panel LCD voltmeter to provide an indication of signal strength. A DC output voltage from the log detector is available on a BNC connector to drive external data acquisition instrumentation. Also, a sample of the IF output is provided for measurement on a spectrum analyzer.
