6.6 GHz PXI Vector Signal Analyzer - The PXIe‑5663E offers wide instantaneous bandwidth and supports RF list mode, which increases multiband measurement speed with fast and deterministic changes in configuration. The 60-510 is a high density 1-pole matrix module controlled via LXI. It has excellent thermal stability and substantially reduced thermal EMF figures when compared to a conventional switching matrix. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE, selecting thermocouple inputs, switching amplifier gain circuits and high accuracy DC micro-volt measurements. Ruthenium reed switches are used because of their good low level switching capability. They also have a very long life with excellent contact resistance stability, minimal wetting current and low thermal offset.

PXI Carrier Module For SwitchBlock
The PXI Carrier Module for SwitchBlock can hold up to six Matrix Modules for SwitchBlock while occupying four PXI slots. By connecting multiple SwitchBlock relay cards through the carrier's integrated analog bus, you can easily create large matrices with more than 2,000 crosspoints in four PXI slots and more than 8,000 crosspoints in a single PXI chassis. Each Matrix Module for SwitchBlock comes in an A-type version, which serves as the first matrix building block and offers row and column access through the front connector, and a B-type version, which serves as an expansion module and only provides column access through the front connector. Typically, SwitchBlock systems contain one A-type module and numerous B-type modules.

PXI Digital Waveform Instruments feature up to 32 channels, can sample and generate digital waveforms at up to 200 MHz, and interface with various standard TTL and low-voltage differential signals (LVDS), as well as settable voltage levels. These devices offer per clock cycle, per channel bidirectional control, and phase shifting. They include deep onboard memory with triggering and pattern sequencing.
