Using probes with a different oscilloscope will only let you compensate for low frequencies.

The MOS-01 manual oscillator module is used as a quality, general-purpose sinewave oscillator and digital readout monitoring system in the MAC-01, -02, or -03 AC Power Sources/Frequency Converters. The LCD digital metering system is switch-selectable to readout either frequency, voltage or current.
