Battery Extra Load Units
BXL Series
BXL is an extra load unit designed to be used with DV Power’s BLU series battery testers. However, this unit is a universal add-on device. Because of that, it is compatible, as an additional load, with any other discharge/capacity tester in the market.In case when discharge current exceeds the capacity of a single BLU device, BXL can increase the discharge capacity. There are no limitations on the number of extra load units that can be connected in parallel to the main battery tester.A system of BLU and BXL instruments enables performing the capacity test in an accurate, user-friendly way. Also, all instruments are in accordance with battery testing standards: IEEE 450-2010, IEEE 1188-2005, IEEE 1106-2015, IEC 60896-11/22, and other relevant standards.These units can be used on any type of battery string, such as lead-acid, Li-Ion, Ni-Cd, etc. They test battery strings with voltages in the range of 5,25 – 500 V DC. On the other hand, current up to 250 A can be discharged through the BXL internal structure.The instrument simulates a constant resistance load during the discharge test. Sound Level Meters
A sound level meter is a measuring instrument used to assess noise or sound levels by measuring sound pressure. Often referred to as a sound pressure level (SPL) meter, decibel (dB) meter, noise meter or noise dosimeter, a sound level meter uses a microphone to capture sound. The sound is then evaluated within the sound level meter and acoustic measurement values are shown on the display of the sound level meter. The most common unit of acoustic measurement for sound is the decibel (dB); however, some sound level meter devices also determine the equivalent continuous sound level (Leq) and other acoustic parameters. With a portable sound level meter, industrial hygiene and workplace safety professionals can measure sound levels in multiple locations to ensure environmental conditions fall within recommended exposure limits (RELs). Some sound level meter devices can be permanently installed for continuous monitoring of sound levels at a work or job site.

Current Transformers

The Ohmmeters have their own power supply through their own battery, and are needed when the two probes (red: positive side of circuit, black: negative side of circuit) are connected to the two points in the circuit where the desired measurement is to take place. The circuit is turned off, which is when the ohmmeter sends its own current through the circuit.
