The rotational flow demonstration kit detects the rotational position using the MCU’s on board data transfer controller (DTC) function, a form of state machine, while the MCU’s core is in stop-mode state. This ensures that the average power consumption is kept as low as possible, with IAV (average current) at 4.5 microampere (μA) and a 32 sample burst per second. The flow demonstration kit senses the flow direction and volumetric flow rate of water and gas, and can also detect reverse flow. The demonstration kit is applied using an active inductive method. Two coils are used to sense the rotational position of a part-metalized disk, and a third coil is used to generate a reference signal.

The card supports 1553A, 1553B, McAir and STANAG 3838 variants on a single card. The IIB-1553-PCI-2C provides concurrent Bus Controller (BC) and up to 31 Remote Terminals (RT) with Bus Monitor (BM). An additional stand-alone Chronological Bus Monitor (CBM) facility is also provided, with comprehensive multi-level triggering capability. Full error injection capability is provided in BC and RT modes, with full error detection in BC, RT, BM and CBM modes. Two independent variable amplitude dual redundant 1553 interfaces are provided, each with2 Mbytes of dual ported RAM. The M2p.59xx series allows recording of up to eight single-ended channels or up to four differential channels both with sampling rates of up to 125 MS/s. These PCI Express cards offer outstanding A/D features both in resolution and speed. The cards can be switched between single-ended inputs with a programmable offset and true differential inputs. If used in differential mode each two inputs are connected together reducing the number of available channels by half. The 16 bit vertical resolution have four times the accuracy compared to 14 bit cards and sixteen times the accuracy if compared with a 12 bit card. All boards of the M2p.59xx series may use the whole installed on-board memory of up to 512 MSamples completely for the currently activated number of channels.

The AD8-1500 series has one or two 1500 MS/sec 8-bit ADCs, 8GB of on-board memory and the ability to transfer data directly into the host computer's memory at over 1 GB/sec. Streaming to the host computer can be performed simultaneously with acquisition to on-board memory, increasing the effective acquisition length by using the host computer's memory. Dual channel boards sample concurrently at twice the input clock frequency, and can also be software selected to run in single channel mode, providing twice the effective memory depth.
