The Keysight 81133A single-channel 3.35 GHz Pulse Pattern Generator is the latest product in the long history of Keysights high-speed Pulse Pattern Generators. When timing and performance requirements are critical, for example in high-speed serial bus applications like PCI Express or Serial ATA, its fast rise times and low intrinsic jitter allow the precise and in-depth characterization of devices, e.g. receivers or backplanes. Like its predecessor, the Keysight 8133A, the new 81133A sets the standard for high-speed applications. The Keysight 81133A lets you test your DUT instead of the pulse or data source! For applications that require multiple output channels or multi-level signaling like pre- and de-emphasis (PCI Express) or squelch (Serial ATA), please refer to the 81134A.

The AD8-1500DMA series has a 1500 MSPS 8-bit A/D, 8GB/16GB of on-board SDRAM memory and the ability to transfer data directly into the computer system's memory at up to 320 MB/s on 64-bit PCI systems. Sampling is controlled by an onboard oscillator or by an external clock input, which may be in the frequency range between 20 MHz and 1500 MHz. Multiple boards may be configured to acquire either concurrently, for more simultaneous acquisition channels, or sequentially, with an automatic overlap selectable from 0 to nearly 2GB, in 512KB steps, for longer record length. Drivers for 64 bit Linux and Solaris operating systems included.

The 40-877A-001 (PXI) and 42-877A-001 (PXIe) are 50Ω 2x2 RF matrices with 1 bank in a single PXI slot. Loop-thru connections are provided on both the X and Y axis allowing the attachment of terminations for unused signals or for expansion to other matrices. Larger matrices are easily built with varied X and Y dimensions, such as 8x2 and 4x4 using multiple 40/42-877A modules. The module has low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost.

The AD8-1800 series has one or two 1800 MS/sec 8-bit ADCs, 8GB of on-board memory and the ability to transfer data directly into the host computer's memory at over 1 GB/sec. Streaming to the host computer can be performed simultaneously with acquisition to on-board memory, increasing the effective acquisition length by using the host computer's memory. Dual channel boards sample concurrently at twice the input clock frequency, and can also be software selected to run in single channel mode, providing twice the effective memory depth.

The M4KSerialPlus is an enhanced serial interface module for the multiprotocol Excalibur 4000 family of carrier boards, that includes several advanced features such as a high baud rate and high throughput. This module supports up to four independent channels of serial communications, each of which can be selected as RS-485, RS-422 or RS-232. The module operates independently of the host computer, reducing the need for host intervention.The M4KSerialPlus module is based on the Exar XR16M570 Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART). The device is compatible to industry standard 16550 UARTs. Each of the M4KSerialPlus’s four channels contains a transmit FIFO capable of holding up to 16384 bytes and a receive FIFO capable of holding either 16384 receive bytes or 5460 bytes with a 32-bit Time Tag associated with each byte. These large buffers allow application code to transfer large quantities of data with a single non-blocking subroutine call. The 32-bit Time Tag on receive channels is very useful for synchronizing serial data with data from other modules on the 4000 board or on other interface boards. Each channel has a programmable baud rate of up to 10 Mbps and can be configured as RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485.The M4KSerialPlus module is supplied with C drivers, including source code.
