Oscilloscope Probe
The Keysight N2893A is a 100 MHz bandwidth, active current probe for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. The probe features flat bandwidth (DC-100MHz), low noise(<2.5 mA rms) and low circuit insertion loss. Auto demagnetization (degauss) and calibration removes any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset in the probe. The probe is powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium Autoprobe interface, eliminating the need for an additional power supply.

PD5143 is an IP67 outdoor, weather resistant, DC blocking, four way, RF broadband, 50 ohm, power divider, power combiner furnished with SMA type coaxial connectors. The passive Wilkinson design passes RF and the 10 MHz reference signal through both ports while blocking DC current. This configuration is typically used in combining applications to prevent passing DC to the sum and adjacent ports. Max voltage rating at the DC blocked ports is 50 VDC. All wireless band applications in the frequency range from 698 to 2700 MHz are covered with best in class RF performance. The Kratos Ar Gas Cluster Ion Source (GCIS) is optimised for depth profiling organic materials in Arn+ cluster mode and inorganic materials in Ar+ monomer mode, dependent on the operating parameters defined by the user and the type of material to be profiled. In Arn+ ion cluster mode the ions can be accelerated up to a maximum of 20 keV. This enables the successful sputter depth profiling of the widest range of polymer materials to be undertaken. However, Arn+ cluster depth profiling has been shown to give very low sputter yields for inorganic materials. In order to retain the capability of generating depth profiles from this class of materials this ion source can also be operated in the more conventional Ar monomer (Ar+) mode.
