Optically Isolated Measurement System
IsoVu
IsoVu offers complete galvanic isolation and is the industry’s first measurement solution capable of accurately resolving high bandwidth, low voltage differential signals in the presence of large common mode voltages. In the Transmission Line Pulse test, high current pulses are applied to the pin under test (PUT) at successively higher levels through a coaxial cable of specified length.
