General Purpose Switch
The Keysight 34939A is a high density general-purpose switch module for the 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit. It has 64 independent single-pole, single-throw (SPST) relays that can switch 1A and carry 2A. This module can be used to cycle power to products under test, control indicator and status lights, and to actuate external power relays and solenoids. The relays are 100V, 1A contacts and can handle up to 60W. Standard 78-pin Dsub connectors allow for use with standard cables, screw terminal blocks, or mass interconnect solutions.

The 425A generates sine, LVDS and LVCMOS outputs simultaneously and is programmable in 10µHz steps from 250kHz to 350MHz and includes an LVCMOS Prescaler and Divider for generating LVCMOS frequencies down to 2 Hz. The 425A is controlled by an RS232 serial interface. Phase can be programmed with 14-bit resolution. The Frequency is accurate to 1.5ppm when using the on board TCXO timebase or you can use an external timebase. It requires 5 VDC power. A Line Voltage AC Adapter is included. Order analysis is one of the most convenient and efficient methods for diagnostics and balancing of rotating mechanisms and transmission gears. With an RPM sensor and a vibration sensor, it is possible to study the time characteristics of gear vibration signals. It is a well-known fact that a signal from a vibration sensor is affected by signals from other sources. To tune out from the disturbing signals, the synchronous signal accumulation method is used. For each shaft rotation, the RPM sensor provides a rotation mark. This signal serves as a triggering strobe for the vibration sensor signal sweeping. The obtained signal sweeps are combined. All the sources of the signals related to the shaft frequency (frequency of rotation) are accumulated and increased in the accumulator linearly proportionally to the N number of rotations. All other signals that are not correlated with the shaft frequency are accumulated proportionally to N1/2 and in case of a greater number of averagings, the useful signal exceeds the interference level.

The 409B generates four independent, phase synchronous sine wave output signals and is programmable in 0.1 Hz steps from 0.1 Hz to 171 MHz. Programming is via an RS232 serial interface. The -AC option is available to enable users to step through settings using an external trigger.
