22 Bit / 2 MS/s Arbitrary Waveform Generator

The AWG22 is a 22 bit Arbitrary Waveform Generator for medium-speed / high resolution waveform generation. The module combines an exceptional dynamic performance with a very high DC accuracy.
The AWG22 is upwards compatible with the AWG20 and also features differential outputs with a programmable common-mode voltage.
The module has 8 output ranges starting at 80mVpp up to 10.20Vpp, which covers a wide range of Unit Under Test input voltages.

A DC to 100 MHz path which is optimized for accurate time domain and frequency domain measurements up to 30 MHz. And a dedicated AC path optimized for signals between 10 MHz to 100 MHz. In combination with the built-in filters it features a typical harmonics level of better than -80 dBc for the whole range.

DIO2 - APPLICOS

The DIO-II module is a multimode digital source and capture unit. In Low Speed Mode it provides a 20-bit parallel or 24-bit serial I/O capability running at speeds up to 50 MHz. In High Speed Mode, the DIO-II provides a 16-bit parallel I/O capability up to 200 MHz. In both Modes, the Clock is generated by a low jitter PLL source that is capable of generating clocks from 320 kHz up to 1 GHz.

DPS16 - APPLICOS

The DPS16 is a dual-channel power supply with very low output noise and no ripple. The output current can be up to 200 mA and has a programmable current limit. The 4 wire capability provides an excellent load regulation. Because the DPS16 is a fully linear design the output noise is exceptionally low while there are no ripple components as usually seen with switched mode designs. The unit has voltage and current read back on both channels with 16-bit resolution.
