At TS-Space Systems we have over 30 years experience in designing, building and operating vacuum systems for space simulation and materials testing. We have three in-house thermal vacuum chambers which are configurable for a range of temperatures for either monitored vacuum bakeout or thermal vacuum cycling. We design, build and operate these systems in-house which means we are more flexible than most test houses and are happy to modify feedthroughs, manufacture additional support equipment and even change the operation of the chambers, where possible, in order to accomodate customer requirements.

Breakout board for the MAX31855J digital thermocouple interface ICs by Maxim. Measured temperature range is -210C-1200C with known thermal characteristics and output resolution of 0.25C. This sensor supports a larger operating range (specifically in the negative range) than its predecessors, the MAX6674 and MAX6675, though it is not pin-pin compatible. This board is interfaced with a 0.1" 2x5 pin header (8-pins used), has four vertical mini thermocouple connectors and four mounting holes for standoffs and 4-40 screws. The SEN-30003 is interfaced via 3 or 4-wire SPI with a data-ready output for specific operating modes. An LDO and a high-speed level shifter are included to allow interfacing with microcontroller devices between 3.0V and 5V (all Arduinos, Raspberry PI, etc) without sacrificing device performance (many other level shifters reduce data rates to below 500 kHz).

This conduction cooled 3U CompactPCI single slot PMC provides an active interface between the CompactPCI bus (backplane) and a PCI Mezzanine Card (PMC). This product addresses the needs of aerospace, military, and rugged applications. It contains a thermal heat frame made of aluminum that fits together with conduction cooled PMC modules. Conduction cooling conducts heat away from the hot spots of the board and transfers the heat to the card edges and to the system chassis.
