  • Draw-wire Displacement Sensors

    Micro-Epsilon Group

Draw-wire sensors of the wireSENSOR series measure with high linearity across the entire measuring range and are used for distance and position measurements of 50mm up to 50,000mm. Draw-wire sensors from Micro-Epsilon are ideal for integration and subsequent assembly in serial OEM applications, e.g., in medical devices, lifts, conveyors and automotive engineering.

  • Eddy Current Sensor

    eddyNCDT 3001 - Micro-Epsilon Group

The eddyNCDT 3001 is a new, efficient eddy current sensor whose compact dimensions have to date only been reserved for inductive sensors and proximity sensors. The temperature-compensated design provides high stability even in fluctuating ambient temperatures. The eddyNCDT 3001 comes with integrated electronics, offering an outstanding price/performance ratio and easy operation. The eddyNCDT 3001 eddy current sensor is ideally suited to OEM integration and machine building applications. The sensor is factory-calibrated for ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials, which eliminates the need for field calibration of the sensor. The eddyNCDT 3001 is available with connector or with integrated cable. A robust design combined with the eddy current measuring principle enables measurements in harsh industrial environments (oil, pressure, dirt). In addition, the eddyNCDT 3001 is suitable for offshore/marine applications (salt water).

  • High-Precision Inline Color Measurements

    colorCONTROL ACS7000 - Micro-Epsilon Group

The colorCONTROL ACS7000 color measurement system not only recognizes reference colors by comparison, but identifies individual colors clearly from their coordinates in the color space. With its high speed spectrometer, the colorCONTROL ACS7000 is suitable for applications where colors and shades have to be examined online with the highest accuracy.

  • Inductive Sensors (eddy Current)

    eddyNCDT - Micro-Epsilon Group

Inductive sensors from Micro-Epsilon are based on the eddy current principle and designed for non-contact measurement of displacement, distance, position, oscillation and vibrations. They are particularly suitable when high precision is required in harsh industrial environments (pressure, dirt, temperature). Inductive sensors from Micro-Epsilon offer extremely precise measurements where sub-micron accuracy is required.

  • Interface And Signal Processing Units

    Micro-Epsilon Group

The interface and signal processing units extend the field of application of Micro-Epsilon sensors. The interface modules are used to convert sensor signals into digital or bus-compatible interfaces. This enables interfaces such as USB, RS422, Ethernet/IP, Profinet and EtherCAT for numerous sensors. The signal processing units are also used to record several sensor signals, to calculate and output them together. This is necessary, for example, for planarity measurement or thickness measurement.

  • Interferometers (White Light)

    interferoMETER - Micro-Epsilon Group

The innovative white light interferometers from Micro-Epsilon set a benchmark in high-precision distance and thickness measurements. These sensors enable stable measurement results with sub-nanometer resolution offering a comparatively large measuring range and offset distance. The interferometers are available in 3 series: the IMS5400-DS for high-precision industrial distance measurements, the IMS5400-TH for accurate thickness measurements and the vacuum-suitable IMS5600-DS for distance measurements with picometer resolution.

  • Laser Distance Sensors (Time-of-Flight)

    optoNCDT - Micro-Epsilon Group

Laser distance sensors are designed for non-contact distance measurements: laser gauges for measuring ranges up to 10m, laser distance sensors for up to 3,000m. These sensors are used for positioning and type classification in machine building and handling equipment.

  • Laser Sensors (Triangulation)

    opto NCDT - Micro-Epsilon Group

optoNCDT sensors have set milestones for industrial laser displacement measurement. Whether for displacement, distance or thickness measurement, Micro-Epsilon laser sensors are considered one of the best in their class. These laser sensors are used e.g. in measurement and monitoring tasks in factory automation, electronics production, robotics and vehicle construction.

  • LED Analytics

    colorCONTROL MFA - Micro-Epsilon Group

The colorCONTROL MFA is used for measurement of color and intensity on LEDs, displays, and colored objects. An additional benefit is the flexible positioning of the small fibers to the targets. By utilizing the colorCONTROL MFA up to 495 measurement points can be monitored simultaniously.

  • Magneto-inductive Distance Sensors

    Micro-Epsilon Group

mainSENSOR is based on an innovative measuring principle, which has been developed by Micro-Epsilon in order to combine the advantages of both inductive and magnetic sensors. Magneto-inductive sensors are frequently used as alternative to inductive sensors and proximity sensors in process automation, the packaging industry and in machine monitoring. Measuring the distance to a magnet which is fixed at the measurement object, the sensor outputs a continuous, linear signal. As different strength magnets are applied, measuring ranges of between 20 mm and 55 mm can be achieved. However, in order to adapt the measuring range, it is only necessary to change the magnet.

  • Measuring And Inspection Systems For Extrusion, Injection Molding & Calendering Of Plastics And Films

    Micro-Epsilon Group

Measuring and inspection systems from Micro-Epsilon are used in the plastics processing industry in order to ensure efficient production.

  • Pyrometer With Integrated Controller

    thermoMETER CS - Micro-Epsilon Group

The infrared thermoMETER CS temperature sensors are equipped with a miniature sensor that is particularly suitable for installation in confined spaces. The small size and temperature resistance up to 120°C open up a wide range of applications.

  • Pyrometer with Spotfinder

    thermoMETER TIM 8 - Micro-Epsilon Group

The thermoMETER TIM 8 combines the advantages of a robust pyrometer with a thermal imaging camera. Due to its extremely compact size, it can also be integrated into machines and production lines. The spotfinder function enables precise temperature measurements with automatic sensor adjustment. In addition, remote focusing of the lens is possible via a motorized focus. This intelligent spotfinder pyrometer is used in automation, machine building and plant monitoring.

  • Smart & Precise Color Sensors

    Micro-Epsilon Group

The colorSENSOR CFO is a new controller for precise color recognition in industrial measurement tasks. The CFO series is distinguished by high color accuracy, state-of-the-art interfaces and intuitive operation. The controller is connected to CFS sensors with integrated optical fibers, which can be adapted for different measurement tasks. The colorSENSOR CFO is used in color recognition tasks on interior parts such as head supports, in packaging control or in color sorting tasks with crown caps, closures or labels.

  • Thermal Imaging Cameras (TIM)

    Micro-Epsilon Group

TIM thermal imaging cameras are designed for non-contact measurement of surface temperatures from -20 °C to 2450 °C. They enable efficient monitoring and control of temperature-critical processes both with low temperatures (e.g. in cooling chains) and with very high temperatures (e.g. in glass and metal processing). Their high thermal sensitivity makes these infrared cameras ideally suitable for precise and dynamic tasks. Different performance classes enable a suitable model to be selected for every application. The camera is connected via a USB interface, which also supplies the power.
