The 6TL24 is the Base platform ideal for Combinational test (ICT+FCT) in low to mid volume, high-mix electronics productions. A dual-stage pushing mechanism will allow performing both, the FCT and the ICT test, without the need of changing the test platform and with a low cost fixturing technology. But some applications may require the use of lower-bandwidth probes for performance and cost reasons.The L2.92A-PLINK adapter converts the 2.92mm interface to a ProLink interface. This brings the benefits of a wider selection of probes to the LabMaster 10 Zi such as Dx10/Dx20/Dx00A-AT 4-6 GHz differential probes and DH Series 8 to 20 GHz differential probes using the ProLink oscilloscope probe connection. Full probe power and control is provided through a built-in LEMO interface.

The Camgate ™ series test fixtures provide ‘Z’ axis motion and, with the optional floating top plate, makes this series ideal for top side probing. The floating push plate is accurately registered with two tooling/guide pins. The top plate mounting frame is adjustable in .500″ (12.7mm) increments to accommodate top side probing in the lower position, or clearance for PCA’s with tall components in the middle or top position, without the need for riser blocks.
