Metabolites Method Package Suite

This suite allows comprehensive analysis of over 1900 metabolites without the need for investigation of separation conditions, MRM optimization or parameter settings. The range of metabolites spans both hydrophilic and hydrophobic compounds, including amino acids, short-chain fatty acids, sugars, nucleotides, bile acids, and lipids. The suite consists of five LC/MS/MS Method Packages including ready-to-use methods for the LCMS-8050/8060 series, the LC/MS/MS MRM Library for Phospholipid Profiling, the Smart Metabolites Database™ for GC/MS(GC/MS/MS), and a Multi-omics Analysis Package. The Multi-omics Analysis Package included in this product supports not only regular analysis but also large volume data analysis and interpretation. The Multi-omics Analysis Package includes metabolic pathways and other contour maps corresponding to the Method Packages. This makes it easy to visualize fluctuations in the quantitative values of metabolites across metabolic pathways. Data filtering functions and statistical analysis can be applied to the network of compound relationships, providing a total solution for metabolite analysis.

HSL-4XMO is an advanced 4-axis remote motion control module via HSL bus. Combined with HSL I/O and motion control modules, it can meet many requirements in machine automation (MA) field. HSL-4XMO offers two models - HSL-4XMO-CG-N/P and HSL-4XMO-CD-N/P. HSL-4XMO-CG-N/P is suitable for steppers and linear motors. HSL-4XMO-CD-N/P is suitable for servo motors with transfer cable. Except the advanced motion control library (refer to PCI-8164), ADLINK also provides two extra features for users. Motion Point Table Managements can let users assign the points into the module in advance. Then, users can issue command to continuously move the points without consuming CPU resource. Motion Script Download provides users a easy interface to program the application. With this script, the DSP inside HSL-4XMO can decode the file and execute itself.

ADLINK PCIe-8332 is a hardware-based EtherCAT motion controller able to support up to 16 synchronized axes and over 10,000 points simultaneously. The PCIe-8332 features dedicated isolated emergency stop input (EMG), and configurable isolated high-speed digital input as not only generic sensor input but also pulsar input, with up to 1MHz input frequency. Optimum jitter control is provided in minimal cycles of 250µs to optimize synchronous I/O performance for vertical automation applications in semiconductor, electronic manufacturing, and others. The PCIe-8332 provides an out-of-shell application-ready (APS) function library to generate multi-dimensional, highly synchronized, time-deterministic event-triggered motion & I/O control. A wide range of compatible 3rd party SubDivice are easily designed with ADLINK's APS function library. ADLINK's MotionCreatorPro 2 utility is fully compliant with the Microsoft Windows environment, that allows complete EtherCAT motion and I/O configuration and function evaluation as well as compiling program download functions.
