A series of broadband frequency multipliers is available with output frequencies between 18 and 110 GHz. The use of GaAs diodes on a suspended substrate circuit allows an extremely compact device. Circuit symmetry is used to enhance either even or odd harmonics while suppressing unwanted odd or even harmonics.
