The Air Data Computer (ADC) Tester is a fully automated GO/NOGO tester with full functional testing in 2nd line maintenance. This tester is to test ADC at unit level and identify faulty Shop Replaceable Unit (SRU). This tester is also used to carry out PI checks on ADC before clear them for installation on aircraft. ADC Interface board designed to test full functionality of ADC. The Air Data Computer (ADC) test equipment shall be used for testing ADC of Tejas Aircraft. ADC test equipment shall verify the functionality against specifications during second line maintenance and pre-installation on the aircraft.

The FMC431 is a dual 1 Gigabit Ethernet FPGA Mezzanine Card with two RJ45 connectors available on the front panel. Compliant with the VITA 57.1 standard the FMC431 offers a High Pin Count connector but is compatible with FPGA carrier cards with Low Pin Count connectors. The Ethernet interface (1000BASE-T) is either implemented using RGMII (Low Pin Count compatible) or SGMII (High Pin Count compatible). The FMC431 also offers the option to stack an additional FMC over it. Any of the 4DSP FMC that use LVDS and single ended signaling only can be mounted over the FMC431, thus offering users with the ability to build a complete data acquisition, waveform generation and communication solution while using a single FMC site on an FPGA carrier card. Distributed CORVUS works in conjunction with CORVUS-300 to isolate bus anomalies and fault resolution. The Transmit unit, C-9235-TX, sends 1553 like data pattern through a bus stub and coupler to the Receive unit, C-9235-RX, on another stub. This will measure insertion loss, possible bit errors and correct polarity. The Receive unit can also be used to give a digital scope representation of the active data bus showing signal quality and peak to peak amplitude.
