General Purpose Probe
The N2795A is a new generation of low-cost, single-ended active probe with the AutoProbe interface. The probe integrates many of the characteristics needed for today’s general-purpose, high-speed probing - especially in digital system design, component design/characterization, and educational research applications. Its 1MΩ input resistance and extremely low input capacitance (1 pF) provide ultra low loading of the DUT. This, accompanied with superior signal fidelity, makes this probe useful for most of today’s digital logic voltages. And with its wide dynamic range (±8 V) and offset range (±8 V), the probe can be used in a wide variety of applications.

The M8132A is a powerful digital signal processing module featuring two customers accessible Xilinx Ultrascale+ FPGAs, four optical data interfaces (ODI) running at up to 160 Gb/s in+out each, and a PCIe Gen3 x8 link to the AXIe backplane. In addition, the module provides a trigger input and output, synchronization input and outputs for deterministic latency between compatible digitizers and AWG modules as well as a 10-general purpose I/O pins. The M8132A is part of Keysight’s Wideband Solution Platform that consists of a portfolio of compatible instruments, including digitizer, arbitrary waveform generator, digital signal processor and storage modules.

Teledyne Test Tools new T3AFG series of function / arbitrary waveform generators use advanced Digital Frequency Synthesis (DDS) technology to produce high quality standard function and arbitrary waveform signals. They also provide a wide range of analog and digital modulation functions. The T3AFG series of Arbitrary Waveform Generators includes models with up to 120 MHz bandwidth, 1.2 GSa/s sample rate, 16-bit vertical resolution and 8 Mpts of data. Common analog and digital modulations, sweep and burst are provided to support complex signal generation. The T3AFG series also provides true dual channels with internal waveform combination, flexible phase/channel control and copy/coupling/tracking between channels. These features enable Teledyne Test Tools Arbitrary Waveform Generators to provide a variety of high fidelity and low jitter signals, meeting the growing requirements of complex and intensive applications.

Arbitrary Waveform Generator
The M4x.66xx-x4 series arbitrary waveform generators (AWG) deliver the highest performance in both speed and resolution. The series includes PXI Express (PXIe) cards with either one, two or four synchronous channels. The large onboard memory can be segmented to replay different waveform sequences. The AWG features a PCI Express x4 Gen 2 interface that offers outstanding data streaming performance. The interface and Spectrum’s optimized drivers enable data transfer rates in excess of 2.8 GB/s so that signals can continuously replayed at a high output rate. While the cards have been designed using the latest technology they are still software compatible with the drivers from earlier Spectrum waveform generators. So, existing customers can use the same software they developed for a 10 year old 20 MS/s AWG card and for an M4x series 625 MS/s AWG.
