ARINC429 Data Bus Analyzer is portable equipment used for Avionics technicians and line maintenance personal with convenient, easy to use tools for stepping and troubleshooting ARINC429 Avionics System. This Equipment has dual channels for transmitting, receiving and displays the ARINC429 data.
Platform Test Bench used to test the Digital Inputs, Accelerometer Count Reading, High and Low Gyro Torque control of Platform. It also performs Real Time Test for single negative pulse, checks Roll Axis, Pitch Axis, Azimuth Axis. Software package is available to test the Accelerometer.

The EMU – MIP programming station is used to program, read and erase mission data of Mirage 2000 Aircraft and it has additional feature of programming the Extended Memory Unit. It has 3 EMU Slots (1 Read only) and 5 Slots (1 Read only).
Test Set-A calibration unit is a test jig is used to simulate parameters of Adour 804E and 811 engines of Jaguar aircrafts. It simulates current, voltage, speed, and turbine gas temperature. It performs NL Check, NH Check, TGT1 (Non T2 Compensated), TGT2 (T2 Compensated), Amp (Non T2 Compensated), Amp (T2 Compensated), Solenoid Volt, TGT Inject, NL Inject, and NL/TGT Redatum.

The automatic test bench for gyros (ATP) is used to carry out the final acceptance test for the gyros in the stand-alone mode. It is a PC based test set up incorporating standard and custom built test and measuring instruments interfaced by GPIB bus. The gyros are installed on the platform, which is used to provide information pertaining to the angle at which aircraft is flying.
Interface and Load Box is standard portable 19” rack mountable unit. It is customized unit for single channel tester of IFCC. This unit has cable/harness interface between CPCI System and IFCC LRU. This box also houses all actuator loads and switching circuits.
The MIP programmer is used to program, read and erase mission data of Mirage 2000 Aircraft. This system is micro controller based design. This system facilitates to program the four EPROM devices at a time. This system contains four read write slots and one read only slot. Read only slot used to read the device data safely. System also has capability to program the one slot device data to another slot device.
The Multi Output Buffer Unit is used for driving singe input to 32 outputs. This unit drives an analog input to two different 16 set of outputs through two 50 Pin standard D Type connector. The unit works on standard 230V AC.
The TE-247 is 19” rack mountable test equipment used for the functional acceptance of NAP-82 and CIP-82 of Jaguar aircraft LRU’s. Microprocessor Based design and MIL1553B Bus, RS232 interface used for testing LRU’s
The PowerBus is used to service printed circuit boards, instruments and systems, which has Micro controller / Microprocessor. The PowerBus has RS232 Communication for PC interface. The PowerBus connects to the UUT through the microprocessor / micro controller socket. The UUTs microprocessor / micro controller is removed from the UUT and it is replaced by the PowerBus. The Power Bus adapts microprocessor specific function as pin layouts, status / control function, interrupt handling, timing and memory and I / O addressability.
SCT-IFCC Self-Test Box is standard portable 19” rack mountable unit. It is customized unit for single channel tester of IFCC. This unit has testing facility of all Inputs and outputs of Single channel tester of IFCC.
The Integrated Flight Control Computer (IFCC) is the central control computer for the RPFA. IFCC consists of flight control computer, Air Data Computer, Aircraft Encoder Decoder unit. The Single Channel Tester is the automatic test equipment to test the IFCC. SCT shall be used to perform the hardware ATP of IFCC.
CPCI Based BTA is used to test ECM System Processor (80386 & 8051) Boards. This system consists of a Single Board Computer (SBC), CPCI RS422 Communication and Bus Interface Board (CBI), CPCI Digital Input & Output (DIO) Board and CPCI Analog Input & Output (AIO) Board to provide the necessary input/output signals to/from the board to be tested.

The WEAPON CONTROL SYSTEM SIMULATOR (WCSS) is used to simulate Aircraft Bomb and Rocket release commands for the LAB testing of WCSTS. The WCSS system simulates the High current and Low current signals according to the mode of operation (Series).

Software Integration Rig (SIR) is an Industrial PC based system is used to test the SSFDR (Solid State Flight Data Recorder) of SU30 Aircraft. SIR is a PXI based test platform and it is used to test independent and integrated software tests of the SSFDR.
