Using ball bearing mechanisms in these all models greatly increases bearing life.

The DG-5100 is a high-resolution gauge counter having integrated structure. This counter achieves input frequency at 3 MHz which is high speed of ten times compared to conventional counter. (equivalent to a spindle velocity of 1.2 m/s at GS-3800B series)
This is a signal conversion box to convert 2-phase signals (TTL) from the linear gauge sensor GS/BS series into open - collector (DG-0010) or line driver (DG-0020) .This conversion box allows direct connection with the PLC *. It can also be transmitted over long distances.

It demonstrates its best performance when used for the measurement and control of the axial and surface vibration of rotational shafts such as main shaft of turbines, electric motors, compressors, and of the thickness and width of moving objects. In addition to the measurement of the amount of displacement, a gap detector can also be used for a wide range of other measurement and control applications such as the measurement of the amount of slack or warping. The non-contact measurement process enables to apply no load to rotational or vibration body, and does not affect the material under measurement.
The CL-5610/5610S is used to perform non-contact thickness measurement of objects under measurement including conductors, semiconductors and insulators in combination with the new-developed VE series capacitance type gap detector. The CL-5610/5610S can be connected up to 2 gap detectors and also used as 2-ch displacement meter.
