The Dual Bus, 64 Channel PXI Fault Insertion switch is part of our family of 2 Amp fault insertion solutions, The range includes modules with 74, 64 or 32 channels and single or dual fault buses. This version has normally closed through relays, so in the default state, there is a path between input and output for all signal channels. It is primarily designed for the simulation of fault conditions in automotive & avionics applications involving the reliability testing of safety critical controllers.

They are available with either internal or external terminations and connections are via front panel mounted high quality SMA, SMA 2.9 or SMA 2.4 connectors.

The 40-592A FIBO (Fault Insertion Break-Out) Matrix Module is a large-scale high density switching matrix based on the Pickering BRIC format. The fault insertion BRICs are designed for applications requiring the simulation of a variety of faults in complex, high pin count, applications involving sensors and control units. Typical faults that can be simulated are open-circuits, short circuits to ground or battery, or short-circuits between input/output lines.

The 16A 20-Pin GMCT cable assembly is constructed from 19/0.41 (14AWG) Copper Wire with PFA 500V insulation. Screwlocks are provided to secure the connector to associated product. The unterminated connections are coded to match the connector pin designation and include crimped on ferrules to ensure the wire strands cannot break when they are terminated.

These Power Relay Modules are intended for switching heavy AC or DC loads or for the slave switching of large external relays, contactors and solenoids. The 40-161 is ideal for switching up to 16A in both AC and DC applications.
