The Keysight 85131D is an 53 cm (21 in) long1 semi-rigid cable set composed of a 3.5 mm female2 to PSC-3.5 mm female connector and a 3.5 mm female2 to 3.5 mm male connector. Cable frequency range is dc to 26.5 GHz with a return loss of 16 dB or better. Insertion loss is 0.3 * sqrt(f) + 0.2 dB, where f is frequency in GHz, for the test port connector and 1.8 dB at maximum frequency for the device connector. Phase stability of semi-rigid/flexible cables is specified with a 90 degree bend using a 4 to 3 inch radius. Stability1 of the Keysight 85131D is less than 0.06 dB and phase is 0.16 * f + 0.5, where f is frequency in GHz.

The Keysight 8491B coaxial fixed attenuator provides precision attenuation, flat frequency response and low SWR over broad frequency ranges. The attenuator is available in nominal attenuations of 3 dB and 6 dB, as well as 10 dB increments from 10 dB to 60 dB. It has type-N connectors with a maximum frequency of 18 GHz. This attenuator is swept-frequency tested to ensure specification compliance at all frequencies. Calibration points are provided on a nameplate chart attached to each unit.

The Keysight 10721A Two Axis Differential Interferometer, when used in multiple axis applications, simultaneously makes two differential measurements linear and angular (yaw) displacement. Both measurements reference external mirror mounted to an object such as a column or inspection tool. The 10721A provides high immunity to unwanted interferometer displacement, such as thermal expansion. It is a modular, compact design with monolithic optics for maximized mechanical stability. Use of a small 3 mm beam helps decrease Abb offset error. The 10721A is similar to the 10719A Single Axis Differential Interferometer, except that it provides an additional measurement axis.
