The 9801B hydraulic hose tester is utilized by the U.S. Army for high pressure testing of hydraulic hose and tube assemblies as well as any component testing requiring test pressures up to 15,000 psi. Enhanced safety for operating personnel is achieved by utilizing the optional 8801HT integral test chamber which was designed specifically to fit to all our 8801B and 9801B testers.

Hydrostatic Test Chambers
Test chambers are available to protect personnel during proof or burst testing. A few samples are pictured below. Chambers are manufactured in polished stainless steel with a clear polycarbonate door(s) for visibility during testing. Fluid port(s) are provided inside the enclosure, while all controls remain outside the enclosure for operator safety. In a hurry? The modular test system starts with a base unit with complete pump system, gauges and controls mounted on the 60” x 24” x 18” test chamber.
