FM SYSTEMS, INC. was formed in 1978 By Frank McClatchie to design and manufacture superior program audio subcarrier and single Channel Per Carrier ( SCPC ) modulators and demodulators for microwave and satellite transmission facilities. Due to a very active new product development program the company has expanded it's product line to include Audio and Video Test Equipment, Data Transmission Equipment, Closed Circuit Television Equipment and operating equipment for the Broadcasting Industry.

The VLTG-800 Video Line Test Generator creates a standard NTSC video signal that can be observed on a Monitor to display a series of vertical lines that defines the maximum number of “lines of definition” that the CCTV system is capable of displaying. The Generator creates eight groups of lines, ranging from 100 to 800 lines.
