PPS Clamp Transformer
-
PPS2 provides power supply to the PD detectors installed on HV cable when low voltage AC power is not available. The PPS2 takes the required power directly from the High Voltage power line under monitoring by means of units clamped on the HV power cable(s).PPS2 is designed to withstand High Voltage line failure events such as temporary overload and short circuit conditions. An internal detection and self limiting circuitry guarantees that PPS2 and the connected equipment survives in case of such events.

Flexible Magnetic Coupler
FMC
-
The FMC (Flexible Magnetic Coupler) is a partial discharge sensor whose working principle is based on a direct magnetic coupling with the cable conductor and shield. It picks up a magnetic signal given by PD activity. His compact and robust design makes the FMC the optimal sensor for direct installation on cables and accessories such as joints and termination. This sensor has a sensitive side which has to face to the object under test, while the other side (shielded) reject the noise from the environment.

PD Coupler
-
Techimp Capacitive PD Couplers offer both the PD and sync signals references, allowing a thorough investigation of the signal originating inside the asset they are connected to.Techimp Couplers are individually tested according to the following international standards: IEC60358; IEC60694; IEC60270.

Complete Network Monitoring
TiSCADA
-
After years of advanced Research, laboratory and on-field tests, Techimp has developed powerful and effective tools which can help asset managers to take critical decisions and manage power plants in a cost saving ways. Ti-SCADA implements a Real Time condition control of your asset, through a powerful Human Machine Interface (HMI) fully configurable, web based, displaying graphs, charts, trends, KPI, historical data, alarms and customizable reports. Ti-SCADA is a fundamental component of the new generation of Techimp on line condition monitoring systems. Ti-SCADA is designed as a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based on interoperability standard for industrial automation - OPC-UA - allowing high performance asset management solutions, tailored on customer needs, to be implemented.

Spiral Antenna UHF Trafo
-
UHF Spiral antenna is a partial discharge sensor designed to receive electromagnetic (EM) emissions from a PD occurring in the monitored asset. It is a broadband antenna with a flat response which makes Spiral antenna suitable in a number of different applications. It has been optimized to operate in a frequency range typical for PD activity and it was designed to provide maximum sensitivity and high gain. Its compact and robust design (passive sensor) makes Spiral antenna the optimal sensor for direct installation on high voltage Transformers. It can be virtually applied in any electrical equipment provided that it has apertures or EM transparent surfaces. Contact our sales department for consulting.

Horn Antenna
-
Horn antenna is a partial discharge sensor designed to receive electromagnetic (EM) emissions from a PD occurring in electric assets like GIS and GIL or MV and HV power transformers. It is a broadband antenna with a flat response which makes Horn antenna suitable in a number of different applications. It has been optimized to operate in a frequency range suitable for PD activity monitoring and it was designed to provide maximum sensitivity and high gain.

Smart Sensorgrid NG
-
Smart Sensorgrid belongs to the smart sensor family devised for on-line monitoring of diagnostic quantities in electrical assets. It provides traffic-light alerts to SCADA systems / asset and maintenance service. Smart Sensorgrid is a state-of-art PD analyzer, exploiting the TECHIMP T-F Map technology (patented). Such feature allows noise rejection and automatic alarm warning based on amplitude and repetition rate trend relevant to statistical parameters. The PD sensor, a HFCT, is integrated in the smart sensor body.

TEV Antenna
-
TEV sensor is a partial discharge sensor whose working principle is based on a direct Capacitive coupling with a Switchgears earthed metal case. The two ends of TEV sensor can be coupled magnetically to virtually any opening on a metal Surface. It picks up the electric signal given by PD activity onto the two metallic surfaces. Thanks to its special design has high sensitivity, larger than other single ended TEV sensors. His compact and robust design (passive sensor) makes the TEV the optimal sensor for direct installation on medium voltage Switchgears.

Tap Adapter
-
Techimp Voltage Tap Adapter is gender changer which allows the user to connect to the test tap (sometimes called power factor tap) of high voltage transformer bushings. While keeping the test tap well below the safety voltage level required by the manufacturer, the Tap Adapter lets the user to drain high frequency PD signals for diagnostic assessment of insulating materials.A synchronization signal can be derived as well.It is suitable for both single shot as well as continuous PD monitoring.Although it must be customized on the basis of the shape and dimension of the test tap (to be provided by the Customer), many models are readily available for the most established transformer bushings. A list of the presently available models is reported below.Several thousands of hours of operation are a guarantee of reliability and accurate design.

PDBase II
-
Even very skilled operators will find hard to make a diagnosis, in situations as the one mentioned above, through a mere visual evaluation of the pattern graph . Techimp new technology bases itself on the principle that efficient separation and identification of PD data can be achieved collecting PD pulses themselves and not only, as digital instrumentation commonly available does, PD pulse peak and phase.
